How to Add a My Paysera Bank Account to Your Wise Recipients List and Send EUR Payments

Note: This guide includes both written instructions and step-by-step images below (update: we added a video as well which is below), showing you exactly what to do inside the Wise app at each stage of the process.


Introduction

This guide explains how to correctly add a Paysera EUR bank account to your Wise account and send a payment.
Follow each step carefully to ensure the payment is sent in EUR, reaches the correct account, and includes the required transfer reference.

Step 1: Open the Recipients Section

Open the Wise app and tap Recipients at the bottom of the screen.
This section is used to manage and add bank accounts before sending money.

Step 2: Add a New Recipient

Tap Add a recipient to create a new recipient in Wise.
This will allow you to add a bank account using IBAN details.

Step 3: Select the Recipient Currency (EUR)

Search for and select EUR – Euro.
Always choose EUR so the payment is sent correctly to the Paysera account.

Step 4: Choose “Enter bank details”

Select Enter bank details.
Do not use “Search Wise” or email options, as this payment is made via bank transfer (IBAN).

Step 5: Select “Someone else”

When asked who you’re sending money to, select Someone else.
Do not choose “Myself” or “A business / organisation”.

Step 6: Choose “Inside Europe (SEPA)”

Select Inside Europe.
Paysera is a European (SEPA) bank account, so “Outside Europe” must not be selected.

Step 7: Enter the Recipient’s Bank Details

Fill in the fields exactly as shown below:

IBAN

LT69 3500 0100 1863 5013

(Optional) You may enter the recipient email if Wise asks for it.

After entering the details, tap Continue.

Step 8: Confirm Account Details

Wise will verify that the account holder name and IBAN match.
Once the confirmation screen appears, tap Continue to save the recipient.

Step 9: Start the Transfer

Select the saved Paysera EUR account from your recipients list.
Tap Send money to begin the transfer.

Step 10: Enter the Amount and Convert USD to EUR

Enter the amount in USD (for example, 1,500 USD).
Wise will automatically convert the amount to EUR and show the final EUR amount.

Review the details, then tap Continue.

Step 11: Add Recipient Address (If Requested)

If Wise asks for a recipient address, enter the following Paysera bank address:

Country: Lithuania
City: Vilnius
Address: PilaitÄ—s pr. 16
Post code: LT-04352

Tap Update to save the information.

Step 12: Review Transfer Details

Confirm that the following details are correct before proceeding:

  • Account holder name: Rayane Otmani
  • IBAN: LT69 3500 0100 1863 5013
  • Currency: EUR
  • Bank: Paysera LT, UAB

Step 13: Add the Transfer Reference and Confirm Payment

In the Reference field, enter the transfer description exactly as written in the invoice or email.

Example:

Digital marketing services – September 2026 – Invoice INV-XXX – Client Company

This reference is mandatory for accounting and payment matching.

Once everything is correct, tap Continue to payment to complete the transfer.

Important Notes

  • Always convert USD to EUR inside Wise
  • Always send via SEPA (Inside Europe)
  • Always enter the invoice reference exactly as provided
  • Incorrect references may delay payment processing
